WEAV Delivery Journey
How long will my WEAV order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most Canadian orders arrive within 3–7 business days, and US orders within 5–10 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your WEAV package every step of the way.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free across Canada.
For our sisters in the USA, shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We always do our best to keep costs fair and accessible, as affordability is an important pillar of WEAV.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we ship across Canada and the USA only. InshaAllah, we plan to expand globally soon so sisters everywhere can access WEAV.
What should I do if there's an issue with my delivery?
If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away at customercare@weavscarves.com. We’ll look into it promptly and make sure you’re taken care of.
WEAV Returns
Can I return my WEAV scarf?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. To qualify, your scarf must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
What if my scarf just isn't the right fit for me?
No worries — as long as it meets our return conditions, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for another colour or style. We want you to feel completely confident and comfortable in your WEAV piece.
How do I start the return or exchange process?
Simply email us at customercare@weavscarves.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions. For refunds, the cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund. For exchanges, your first exchange is on us - after that, shipping costs will apply.
How long do I have to make an exchange?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. The first exchange is free of charge, and we’ll cover the shipping for your replacement scarf. For any exchanges after the first, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
