What is the return policy?
Your satisfaction means everything to us. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. For refunds, we provide a prepaid return label and simply deduct the label cost from your final refund. For exchanges, your first exchange shipping cost is on us.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery across Canada usually takes 3–7 business days, while delivery to the USA takes 5–10 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your WEAV package right to your door.
Where are WEAV products manufactured?
All WEAV scarves are designed in Canada and brought to life through trusted partnerships with top textile hubs globally. We work closely with our partners to ensure every piece meets our standards of quality, comfort, and ethical production. Each scarf is then finalized and packaged here in Canada. Over 80% of the people in our supply chain are women - a value we are proud to uphold.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free over $60 across Canada. For the USA, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We always do our best to keep WEAV accessible, so our rates remain fair and transparent.
What size are the Modal hijabs?
Our Classic and Statement Modal hijabs are available in one of the two standard sizes: 70 x 180 cm and 90 x 180 cm. Each product page clearly lists the size of that specific piece, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re getting.
How do I care for my WEAV scarf?
Hand wash in cold water with very light detergent, avoid bleach, and lay flat to dry. Steam or iron on low heat if needed.
