Shipping Policy

We aim to get your WEAV pieces to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Canada & U.S.: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–14 business days (customs processing may add extra time)

     

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is on its way.

  • Delays: While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, WEAV is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. WEAV is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is shipped, WEAV is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
